چکیده
A recent trend in sustainable bioethanol production is the use of agricultural waste or food as an inexpensive and most available feedstock. Bread major that could be successfully used for bioethanol. The aim this study was to optimize ethanol by response surface methodology (RSM) using bread hydrolysate. Waste hydrolysate obtained crude hydrolytic enzymes produce bacterial isolate Hymenobacter sp. CKS3. influence time fermentation (24?72 h) brewer?s yeast inoculum (1?4 %) on studied. optimal conditions, central composite design (CCD), were 48.6 h 2.85 % inoculum. Under these a maximum 2.06 concentration reached. good correlation, coefficient 0.858, with cell yield. results imply biomass source biofuel multiple benefits relating environmental protection, reduction costs, saving fossil fuels.

Waste Paper - Promissing Feedstock for Bioethanol Production
Modern approach to utilization of non-edible biomass is its conversion to glucose, and the following fermentation of the sugar into final bioproducts. Among various biomass types, the waste of office paper is distinguished by increased content of cellulose and negligible content of lignin; therefore it can be a suitable feedstock for bioconversion into valuable bioproduct, e.g. ethanol. An adva...
متن کاملBioethanol production from oilseed rape straw hydrolysate by free and immobilised cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Oilseed rape (OSR) straw can serve as a low-cost feedstock for bioethanol production. Glucose and other fermentable sugars were extracted from OSR straw using sulfuric acid pre-treatment and enzymatic hydrolysis. Batch fermentation of enzymatic hydrolysate with Saccharomyces cerevisiae immobilised in Lentikat® was found to be superior to free cells in terms of bioethanol yield. The maximum bioe...
متن کاملImproved Bioethanol Production Using Activated Carbon-treated Acid Hydrolysate from Corn Hull in Pachysolen tannophilus
To optimally convert corn hull, a byproduct from corn processing, into bioethanol using Pachysolen tannophlius, we investigated the optimal conditions for hydrolysis and removal of toxic substances in the hydrolysate via activated carbon treatment as well as the effects of this detoxification process on the kinetic parameters of bioethanol production. Maximum monosaccharide concentrations were ...
متن کاملProduction of bioethanol using agricultural waste: Banana pseudo stem
India is amongst the largest banana (Musa acuminata) producing countries and thus banana pseudo stem is commonly available agricultural waste to be used as lignocellulosic substrate. Present study focuses on exploitation of banana pseudo stem as a source for bioethanol production from the sugars released due to different chemical and biological pretreatments. Two fungal strains Aspergillus elli...
